Direct debit

You can set up a monthly direct debit online. Just click on the amount you want to pay per month, and then fill in your details on the form. If you want to change the amount at any time, you can cancel your existing direct debit and set up a new one.

Grant monitoring form

As part of our grant with the SVFDF we submit quarterly monitoring reports. For some of the statistical data we invite members and open day attendees to fill in a survey every now and again. It should take 5-10 minutes, it’s mostly checkboxes and optional textboxes, and it helps us to demonstrate to the SVFDF that we are spending their money well!
